Role Overview   

We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead Sales who thrives in a “hunter” role. This person will not only lead a team of skilled Business Development Managers but will also be at the forefront of engaging with major brands, direct customers, OEMs and resellers to expand our client base. In addition to channel development skills, this role demands a proactive approach to pursuing high-value clients and nurturing meaningful client relationships. 

Your Mission

  • Drive revenue by identifying and closing high-impact software project sales with direct customers (among them large, industrial organizations), OEM partners and resellers. 
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Development Managers to exceed sales targets. 
  • Conduct thorough pre-sales analysis to assess customer needs and align them with our innovative solutions. 
  • Act as a primary account manager for key clients, ensuring their requirements are met and projects are delivered to high standards. 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target new business and grow ColorGATE’s presence in the digital printing market. 
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure client success and satisfaction. 
  • Define sales metrics and provide regular reports 

 

You bring that

  • Proven track record as a “hunter” with a focus on selling software solutions, ideally within the printing, digital imaging, or related tech industries. 
  • Strong account management experience, especially with large organizational customers, and a deep understanding of pre-sales processes. 

  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in guiding and motivating a team to achieve ambitious sales goals. 

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. 

  • A results-oriented mindset with the tenacity to close deals and develop strategic relationships.
